I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the parents who were able to attend Open House. We had a wonderful turn out and I hope you were able to experience what a typical day in your 6th grader's life looked like.
The Disney Y.E.S. field trip information was sent home on Friday, August 27th. One payment of $120 and the permission slip is due on September 17th. We are very sorry, but late payments cannot be accepted. This is a WONDERFUL opportunity for your child to learn physics first hand.
Parents, please take a moment to quiz your child on their multiplication tables. 6th grade students should be able to RAPIDLY answer multiplication problems. Please practice daily with your child. If he/she is not proficient, daily practice will help your child be a success in 6th grade math! Also, please check Pinnacle Gradebook frequently to ensure your child is turning in homework on time each day and to keep up to date with their progress.
